How to Register Your Organization for Funding Opportunities

Introduction

If you want to submit a proposal for funding, your organization needs to be registered in the Portal Participant Register and have a Participant Identification Code (PIC).

Step 1: Register Your Organization

To register your organization, visit the Funding Tenders Portal and click on the "Register" button. You will need to provide information about your organization, including its name, address, and contact details.

Step 2: Get a PIC

Once your organization is registered, you will be issued a 9-digit PIC. This PIC is unique to your organization and must be quoted in all proposals you submit.

Step 3: Verify Your Registration

You can verify whether your organization is already registered and has a PIC by visiting the Funding Tenders Portal. Click on the "My Organization" tab and then select "PIC Verification." Enter your organization's name or PIC to check its status.

Step 4: Request a PIC

If your organization is not already registered, you can request a PIC by completing the PIC Request Form. This form can be found on the Funding Tenders Portal.

Tips for a Successful PIC Registration

  • Make sure you provide accurate and complete information on the PIC Request Form.
  • Allow sufficient time for your PIC to be processed. It can take up to 10 business days for your PIC to be issued.
  • Keep your PIC confidential. Do not share it with anyone outside of your organization.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your organization is properly registered for funding opportunities.
